During the forum, mornings will consist of educational content and an outstanding line-up of keynote speakers. Afternoons are set aside for you to participate in network activities that interest you. Finding common ground and interests with your colleagues allows you to connect with those you may have never met otherwise. Dining events will take place during the evening at well-respected and delectable restaurants. You will make these selections within registration. Networking activities do fill up quickly and are first come, first serve. The Westin Kierland has a tremendous number of options onsite - Transportation is provided to any dining or activities off site.
Pickleball has been gaining popularity all over the world for its unique combination of sports as well as its convenience and social appeal. Whether you’re looking to get some good exercise or just want to spend an afternoon playing with friends, pickleball is the perfect choice! Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. 2 – 4 players use solid paddles to hit a ball over a net. The court is similar in size to a badminton court, but the net is slightly lower than a tennis net.
Attire recommended: comfortable outdoor clothing, tennis shoes, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Paddles and balls provided.

Benefitting Almost There Rescue, we invite you to participate in a puppy pilate class. It’s actually just like a normal pilates class — except puppies roam free throughout the room, spreading joy and providing entertainment. This 45-minute class lead by a local pilates instructor will be followed by 15 minutes of puppy play class.
Attire recommended: Comfortable yoga/athletic clothing. Yoga mats and bottled water provided.

You are invited to experience The Westin Kierland Golf Club in Scottsdale Arizona. Managed by Troon Golf, honored as one of the “Top 10 Public Courses in Phoenix/Scottsdale” by Golf Advisor and ranked by Golf Digest as one of “America’s 9 Most Cheerful Golf Courses,” Westin Kierland Golf Club is a Scottsdale “must play”.
Golf will take place at the Kierland Golf Club, which is located directly behind the hotel. Shotgun will start at 1:00 p.m. Rental clubs available.

Test your skill with this approachable take on skeet shooting using infrared/laser skeets, with a competitive edge! Each skeet is made up of two parts that connect to one another and are loaded into the launcher. Once loaded, the skeets will intermittently shoot into the air as you try to hit the targets with the infrared gun.
When you shoot at each skeet, real life sound effects will alert a hit or a miss. When you hit a laser target, the skeet will break apart mid-air. Attire recommended: comfortable outdoor clothing, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

Shuttles starting at 12:30 p.m.
Join us in a semi private suite, on Hole 16 - the most exciting hole on the PGA TOUR. Follow play from tee to green while enjoying an elaborate lunch buffet and open bar. Skybox seating overlooks the 16th hole and provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the action providing a dynamic opportunity for networking. Minibus to shuttle guests between the South Terrace of the Westin and the course every 20 minutes. Shuttles will run starting at 12:15 p.m.
Attire: outdoor clothing and comfortable walking shoes since you will be walking a fair amount to get to the skybox.
Shuttles will be provided to the restaurants beginning at 6:45 p.m. and will depart from the South Terrace of the Westin, which is located on the south side of the hotel just outside of Kierland meeting room 4. Shuttles will take guests to and from the restaurants on a continual basis throughout the evening. Both restaurants are within a five- to ten-minute walking distance and are located within the Kierland Commons, across the street from the hotel, should you decide to walk.
